Course Outcomes

What Are the Outcomes of These Weekend Quran Classes?

Students who join weekend Quran classes at Yaseen Quran Academy leave each session with practical, lasting gains in recitation, fluency, and Quranic understanding. Every learning path is personalized to ensure each student reaches meaningful milestones from the very first lesson.

1

Accurate Quran Recitation Using Correct Articulation Points

Students develop the ability to pronounce every Arabic letter from its correct Makhraj, transforming the accuracy of their recitation in Salah and daily reading. This foundational skill is built carefully in the early sessions and reinforced throughout the entire program.

Tutors identify and correct each student’s mispronunciations systematically, using direct comparison and guided repetition in every live session. Weekly practice ensures these corrections become embedded habits rather than temporary adjustments.

2

Confident Application of Core Tajweed Rules

Students gain a reliable command of Tajweed rules — from Noon Sakinah and Idgham through to Madd and Waqf — enabling them to recite the Quran precisely and naturally. This outcome raises the standard of recitation well beyond casual reading and builds lasting confidence.

Each rule is introduced in a logical sequence, with tutors providing live correction and contextual examples drawn directly from the Mushaf. By the end of the program, students apply these rules fluently without pausing to recall them.

3

Fluent Quran Reading from Any Page of the Mushaf

Students build the reading fluency needed to open the Quran at any page and recite confidently, without hesitation or dependence on transliteration. This level of independent fluency allows learners to engage with the Quran meaningfully throughout their daily lives.

Reading fluency is developed through consistent practice in every session, with tutors correcting pace, pronunciation, and flow as each student advances. Progress is tracked against clear milestones so improvement is tangible over time.

4

Structured Quran Memorization with Reliable Long-Term Retention

Students memorize selected Surahs or pursue a full Hifz path using proven retention techniques tailored to their individual capacity and weekend schedule. Muslim families across the UK use this program to complete memorization goals steadily without feeling overwhelmed.

Each session combines new memorization with regular revision of previously learned portions, ensuring nothing is lost as learning continues. Tutors set realistic weekly targets aligned with each student’s availability and natural learning pace.
